SUMMARY:
Performs the duties as it relates to planning and development of projects undertaken by the Corporate Commission.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Actively seek out development and investment opportunities for further analysis.
- Represent the Corporate Commission in regional economic initiatives that work to build a strong regional economy and build a network of contracts that would channel potential investment opportunities to the Corporate Commission.
- Perform initial financial analysis related to potential business and land acquisitions and other investments and assist in identifying those that merit further research.
- Assist in the research and gathering of pertinent data necessary for preparation and implementation of economic development projects, and summarize and write descriptive reports based in gathered statistical documents and reports.
- Assist in the coordination of various economic development projects including special projects, economic conferences, etc.
- Assist Development team members in the coordination of projects with other Corporate departments in order to initiate and complete the projects.
- Act as part of a team to evaluation investment proposals and business acquisitions submitted to the Corporate Commission.
- Identify non-traditional funding sources.
- Performs other related work as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in business, economic development, accounting, finance, or a related field from a accredited four-year college or university.
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in business management in any, or all of the following disciplines; planning, accounting, operations, marketing or financial analysis required.
- Must be fluent in Excel, Word and project management/presentation software, i.e., Power Point, etc.
- Must possess excellent written, analytical, and oral communication skills.
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, expense analysis, cost benefit analysis and financial interpretation required.
- Must be flexible and able to work effectively in a high growth corporate setting. Requires internet research and library research skills.
- American Indian preference.
- Must be able to pass background check and be cleared for a tribal gaming license.

Provide massage services including but not limited to; body massages, body wraps and body scrubs in 30, 45 and 90 minute sessions.
Receive guests promptly on time for their service in a courteous and polite manner and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
Provide excellent guest service at all times; well groomed, personable, conversational, and accommodating with meticulous service to each guest in order to establish repeat business. Incorporate respect, sensitivity, and confidentiality for guest needs in a positive, professional and pleasant manner.
Able to quickly determine the amount of time a guest wants to discuss their choices and type of lifestyle they have, in order to provide product and service recommendations appropriately.
Be knowledgeable about casino amenities and activities to ensure a high level of guest service.
